Disney on Ice - Frozen! Review

This past Thursday we were able to attend the opening night performance of Frozen. We all had a great time enjoying the graceful skating and the timeless story of love winning over evil.  Frozen is still a hit with the younger generation. As proof all you have to do is see the crowds for Disney on Ice featuring the “Frozen” spectacular, currently playing at the Citizens Business Bank Arena through April 29th.

Feld Entertainment, Inc., the worldwide leader in producing live touring family entertainment, is bringing back the Disney On Ice production that will bring the Academy Award winning and beloved #1 animated feature film of all time, Disney’s Frozen, to life. Guests will enter a fantastical winter wonderland beyond all imagination

Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven will all be a part of this magical journey.

Disney On Ice presents Frozen, Mickey and Minnie Mouse take the audience through the magical story of Elsa and Anna in Arendelle, with special appearances by beloved Disney Princesses and favorite characters from Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story and Finding Nemo and Disney’s The Lion King, who come together to prove that true love is the greatest power of all.

Special effects are incorporated into the set design and encompasses everything from the ice on up into the air. Families will feel that they are trekking up to the North Mountains with Anna, Kristoff and Sven, and they will experience the storm inside Elsa. Elsa’s magic will be enhanced by state-of-the art special effects while her emotions will be conveyed through powerful skating.
